Plates for girders and structures are pretreated on intake for coating and weld quality.

Plasma CNC cutting machines cut parts from the order-optimised drawings.

One-pass forming
U-shaped channels and cover plates are formed without weld seams on dedicated lines.

Robot welding
Main-girder internal seams and end beams are welded on 16 robot welding lines.

Post-weld heat treatment

The Kuangyuan intelligent industrial park is a RMB 2.6 billion investment with 740,000 m² of planned building area and a single-shift capacity of 50,000 crane sets, according to the client dossier.
310 sets of intelligent equipment are already networked on the in-house big-data platform, with digitalisation and connectivity rates of 95% and 85% reported for the machine shops.

Engineered to order, from duty case to dispatch
Cranes are engineered to order. Buyers submit the duty case — material handled, capacity, span, building or runway layout — plus any industry-specific requirement such as explosion-proofing, insulation or clean-room operation.
The national enterprise technology centre returns a computer-optimised design with drawings and a quotation, and the crane is built, inspected and shipped with installation, spare parts and life-cycle support.
