The double girder overhead crane with hook is the most widely used general-purpose crane for heavy factory lifting. Every crane is computer-optimised and designed to order, with structures verified for strength and dynamic loads to the latest national standards aligned with international codes. Main girders are produced on robot welding lines; welds are inspected by X-ray and ultrasonic testing, and each crane passes a complete performance test before delivery.
Options include variable-frequency drives, wireless remote control, cabin operation and intelligent monitoring. The client dossier lists delivered references such as the KSQ 400/100 t inspection crane. Final capacity, span, lift height and duty class are confirmed in the selection sheet for each project.
